Granting Students App Access

Step 1: Give the student access

Once you open the RCA App on your phone, you will see your student’s profile. At the top left corner, there is a user icon highlighted in red. Click on the user button.

Click on the Confirm button to give access to the student.

Step 2: Share code with the student

After granting access to the student, an access code will be generated. Share it with the student so they can access the RCA House Points app.

Congratulations! 🎉 You have successfully granted app access to the student.

Add more than one student

If you have more than one student, you need to add them to your account before granting them access.

Add Students

Step 1: Add an account

In your settings, click on My Students. In your My Students screen, click on Add Account.

Step 2: Add student

To add a student, enter the School’s code and the Student’s code–both provided by the school. Click on the Confirm button.

Congratulations! 🎉 You have successfully added a student to your account.
