How do Direct Messages work?

We have implemented 2-Way Messaging to facilitate communication between Staff and Guardians. To begin messaging, a staff member must contact you first to open a chat.

You can access your direct messages from your home screen. Click on the chat bubble at the top right corner.

• No. You can only begin messaging once a staff member has opened a chat.

My kids are in different Houses. How can I manage my messages?

• We took care of that for you! Simply navigate between student profiles in your home screen using the arrow. Based on the roster the student is in, they can be in different rooms. This means that depending on the student profile you see on your home screen, the message bubble will open the messages between you and the staff member for that room.
