Save time entering student information by using our Bulk Upload Users option.
Step 1: Click on the Users tab
On the left side of your Dashboard, you will see a white panel with different actions you can take. Click on the Users tab.
Step 2: Click on the User Management card
Click on the View button inside the User Management card.
Step 3: Click on the Students tab
Step 4: Add Students
Click on the Add button on the Students table.
A modal will open prompting you to select how you would like to add the student(s). Click on Bulk Upload Users.
Step 5: Upload File
Click on the Browse button and select your .CSV file.
Click on the Next button.
Step 6: Map and Verify Columns
Once you export the .CSV file, you will be prompted to verify that each column in your import file matches correctly with the required information in the modal.
- 💭 After confirming the required information matches the column in your file, you can refresh the preview column by clicking on the 🔄 button.
Click on the Next button.
Step 7: Verify Results and Import
After you upload your file, you will see a table with all the records. If your table comes back with errors, you can fix them by editing the field directly. You can also click on the Download button to download the records with errors only. Fix the errors and re-upload the file following the same steps.
Click on the Import button to import the correct records.
Congratulations! 🎉 You have successfully uploaded your .CSV file.
