Create a class roster and share it with other staff members. In the web app, you can view, edit, archive, or add a new roster. Name your roster, add students, and share it with other staff members if applicable.
Step 1: Click on the Users tab
On the left side of your Dashboard, you will see a white panel with different actions you can take. Click on the Users tab.
Step 2: Click on the Roster Management card
Click on the View button inside the User Management card.
Step 3: Add a New Roster
In your Roster Management table, you can see all the rosters created in the system. To create a new roster, click on the Add New button next to the search bar.
Step 4: Enter Roster Information
A modal will open, prompting you to enter the Roster Name and select staff and students to share that roster with.
- 💠You can add more than one staff for a roster; however, there can only be one owner assigned per roster.
Click on the Create button.
Congratulations! 🎉 You have successfully created and shared a new roster.
