Adding A New Guardian

Provide Guardian information for each student in the system. Adding Guardians to the system will also give them access to the RCA House Points App after you send them an invitation.

To add one guardian at a time do the following:

Step 1: Click on the Users tab

On the left side of your Dashboard, you will see a white panel with different actions you can take. Click on the Users tab.

Step 2: Click on the User Management card

Click on the View button in the User Management card.

Step 3: Select the Guardians tab

Step 4: Add a new Guardian

In your Users Management table, you can see all the guardians that have been added to the system. To create a new guardian, click on the Add New button next to the search bar.

Step 5: Add Guardian information

A modal will prompt you to enter the guardian’s information. 

• 💭 A guardian can have more than one student added.

Click on the Save button.

Congratulations! 🎉 You have successfully added a new guardian to the system.
