Assigning A Guardian To A Student

Assign one or multiple guardians to a student and communicate with them through our mobile app.

Step 1: Click on the Users tab

On the left side of your Dashboard, you will see a white panel with different actions you can take. Click on the Users tab.

Step 2: Click on the User Management card

Click on the View button in the User Management card.

Step 3: Click on the Students tab

Step 4: Identify the Student that needs a Guardian added

In your table, you will find a column labeled Guardians. Under that column, you will find a blue pill indicating the student needs a guardian added. You can also use the Search bar or the arrow and page number at the bottom of the page. 

• 🤔 If you have trouble finding a student, make sure you have the correct spelling of their First and Last names.

Click on the Add Guardian button.

Step 5: Assign Guardian to the Student

Once you click on the Add Guardian button, you will be prompted to choose the guardian(s) for that student. Click on the Assign button.

• 💭 To create a new Guardian in the system, refer to the Adding A New Guardian article.

Congratulations! 🎉 You have successfully added one or multiple guardians to a student.
