Revoke a student’s app access so they can no longer use the Rewards Store. You can manage the student’s app status individually or in bulk.
Step 1: Click on the Users tab
On the left side of your Dashboard, you will see a white panel with different actions you can take. Click on the Users tab.
Step 2: Click on the User Management card
Click on the View button in the User Management card.
Step 3: Click on the Students tab
Step 4: Identify the Student that needs app access
From the Student’s table, you will be able to see the student’s App Status, their status will either be:
- Pending: The student is not connected to the app, yet they have received their access instructions – this status will be highlighted in yellow.
- Active: The student is connected to the app – this status will be highlighted in green.
- Grant Access: The student needs access instructions generated to connect to the app – this status will be highlighted in red.
- 💭 You can also find this bulk action by clicking on the checkbox found in the header and selecting all the students. Under the search bar, you will see different bulk actions you can do. Select Disconnect Access.
You can review the student's app status by referencing the last column of the table, labeled App Status.
To identify the student that needs app access, you can use the Search bar or the arrow and page number at the bottom of the table.
- 🤔 If you have trouble finding a student, make sure you have the correct spelling of their First and Last names.
Once you identify the student, click on the Active button.
Step 5: Revoke student app access
Once you click on the Active button, you will be prompted with a verification modal to confirm you have the correct student.
Congratulations! 🎉 You have successfully revoked the student’s app access.
