How do Direct Messages work?

We have implemented 2-Way Messaging to facilitate communication between Staff and Guardians. Before you begin messaging, you must create a room.

Can I message multiple guardians?

After creating a room, you can begin messaging guardians. Choose the room you want to begin messaging with and click on NEW. Then, select the guardians you want to message.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I message multiple guardians? 

• Yes! If you want to send a broadcast message, you can select all the guardians you want to contact. Just know that this does not open a group chat but rather opens individual direct messages with each guardian selected.
