Creating a Room (On Mobile)

A room is a space where you can directly message student guardians. Rooms are created from rosters and you invite the student’s guardian accordingly.

Step 1: Click on the Message bubble

On the RCA phone app, click on the message bubble at the bottom of your screen. This will take you to all the rooms you have created.

Step 2: Create a Room

To create a new room, you need to have a class roster created. If you are presented with an empty state, head over to Creating a Roster (On Mobile App) first to create your roster.

• 💭 You can also create a roster by clicking on the New Room button at the bottom of your screen and following the steps.

Alternatively, if you have rosters already created, click on the Create button next to the roster you want to turn into a room.

Once the room is generated from the roster, click on the Open button to access your room.

Congratulations! 🎉 You have created your first room. You can now invite and message all guardians.
